Change of Mind
As we deal in alcohol, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind—so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@mvdistillery.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.


To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you’ve received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
